STUK Headquarters in Roihupelto Helsinki is one of our biggest design and renovation projects. Building was designed and built in late 1980's for use of Labsystems Ltd, a Finnish high technology company's R&D and production purposes. As Finland was hit by the major recession at the beginning of 1990's, the building was left empty.
As STUK decided to locate their functions to this building, a major renovation project started in 1993 and we were happy to design most of the premises again for a new user. Since then we have been involved in developing the building for the changing needs of STUK
The total area of the building is about 27.000 square meters.
